Attendance

  • It’s recommended to book your appointment ahead of time to avoid fees.
  • Call or text PRIOR to your appointment if you are running late.
  • Please cancel within 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. First late cancellation will be excused, second late cancellation will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and prepayment for your next appointment. A 50% deposit for all future appointments will be required.
  • No shows will result in a $50 fee and prepayment for your next appointment. A 50% deposit will be required for all future appointments.
  • Consultations are required for all new clients, including transfer clients.
  • Establishment quotes are good for 30 days. After 30 days the length and condition of your hair will be reassessed for your establishment price. A consultation will be required for a reassessment charged at $25.

Payments

  • Payments are accepted via CashApp, Cash, Debit, or Credit. Zelle is NOT accepted at this time.
  • Deposit ($475 min.) is required to schedule an establishment.
  • Deposits are nonrefundable, but you may use it toward a different date within 3 months of original appointment if an opening is available.
  • Appointments will not be held without receipt of deposit.
  • Payment plans are available for establishment; more will be coming soon.

Maintenance

  • Follow up appointments should occur 2-3 weeks after an establishment. Four weeks is the maximum length of time from establishment for the follow-up to be included as part of the establishment package.
  • Retightenings start at $160 and should be scheduled between 4 to 12 weeks depending on your loc type. Additional hours will be based on availability and charged a $50 fee for each hour over.
  • Hair must be washed prior to your appointment and free of all products including flakes on the scalp. Clients with unclean hair will be turned away and charged a $25 cancellation fee. Prepayment for the next appointment will be required.
  • All Sisterlock appointments booked over 8 weeks from the last completed retightening will be charged $20 per week in addition to the service amount.
